At TurboToad and 16toads Design, LLC., we are aware of our responsibilities as a good internet citizen and are dedicated to protecting the privacy rights of other internet citizens. TurboToad and 16toads Design, LLC. has a zero tolerance spam policy.

TurboToad's customer support actively monitors large import lists and emails going to a large number of contacts. Any customer found to be using TurboToad for spam will be immediately cut-off from use of our product without refund. We are highly sensitive to the privacy of each of the subscribers on the lists that we host and will not make their name, address, or any other information that they have provided to us available to anyone without the subscriber's express permission. Every email must contain a mandatory unsubscribe link - those individuals who try to remove this link will be warned that they are doing so. If the link is removed or de-activated in any way, TurboToad will terminate the customer's account.

TurboToad and 16toads Design, LLC. may determine, at its sole discretion, whether a customer is spamming. There are a number of factors TurboToad and 16toads Design, LLC. uses to determine whether a customer is spamming, including, but not limited to: Complaints sent to abuse-report addresses, reports, complaints sent to any of TurboToad and 16toads Design LLC. providers, and evaluating a customer's mass e-mail statistics and recipient addresses. Decisions made by TurboToad and 16toads Design, LLC. personnel regarding a customer's use of TurboToad Pro and 16toads Design, LLC. are final.
